30+ Incoming Data files: Communicate with multiple hospital locations regarding the format, receipt, and field maintenance of these incoming data files.
Data Connect Mapping Tool: Utilize this front end mapping tool to format incoming data files into appropriate fields in billing system; requires the use of Java Scripting.
Charge and Demographic Interfaces (GE Healthcare): Monitoring of daily data files as they run through front end mapping utility, and through GE interfaces into the billing system. (Key: Work with GE to maintain these interfaces, and understand the extensive custom logic they contain, specific to physician billing.)
Lotus Notes: Setup and on going maintenance of existing Lotus Notes Databases as a LN Developer. (Users use LN extensively as a reference tool.)
Billing System Dictionary Table Updates: Update Billing System Dictionary tables using special program utilities. (Requires extensive ‘matching’ of data using Microsoft Access and Excel.)
PC maintenance: Set-up and installation of software on PC’s for new employees. Troubleshooting PC errors and problems.
Reporting Needs: Utilize billing system Custom Report Writer to fulfill requests of users, clients and management.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain documentation of all IT and software related functions.

Objective

Application Programmer - Manpower
PURPOSE: To design, write, maintain and document assigned programming tasks in ASP, ASP.NET, VB.NET, VBScript, Visual Basic, JavaScript, HTML, XML, SQL and other languages employed at the company.
