Corn Stock's summer season kicks off on May 30 with Singin' in the Rain which runs through June 7. From June 20-28 is the comedy The Odd Couple. Disney's Beauty & the Beast will run from July 11-19 followed by A Chorus Line which will run August 1 - 9. The final show of the Tent season is On Golden Pond running from Ausust 22 through the 30th. Season tickets are $62 and are on sale now. Individual ticket prices are $17 for adults and $12 for students for musicals and $11 for adults and $9 for students for non-musicals. For more information, call 676-2196. |

Located in the East Peoria High School Auditorium, Eastlight offers 5 shows annually including their YouthLight show featuring students 22 and under.
The 2008 Season continues with The Producers, the smash Mel Brooks hit, will take the stage June 20, 21, 25, 26, 27 & 28 at 7:30 pm and June 22 at 2 pm. Running August 1, 2, 6, 7, 8 & 9 at 7:30 pm and August 3 at 2 pm is Elton John's Aida. Then,for it's 18th year, Joseph & the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat runs December 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 & 13 at 7:30 pm and December 7 & 14 at 2 pm. The YouthLight show is yet to be announced and will run September 5, 6, 10, 11, 12 & 13 at 7:30 pm and September 7 at 2 pm.

A newcomer to the local theatre scene, Art Light Productions of Glassford will present Catch-22 written by Joseph Heller co-directed by Jeff Driscoll &
Rachel Waters on July 17, 18, 19 at 7:30 pm. They'll also present a Night at the Improv featuring improv comedy sketches on June 6th at 7:30 pm. All productions are held at Illini Bluffs High School's auditorium.
