Tower Park , in Peoria Heights , Illinois , has a 200' tall Observation Tower , open air  water fountain, children's playground, and a bronze monument of Abraham Lincoln designed by Gutzon Borglum (designer of Mt. Rushmore ) that is identical to two other sculptures, one in front of Lincoln 's Tomb in Springfield , Illinois , and the other in the U.S. Capitol Rotunda at Washington , D.C. A great place to sit and eat, or just to see one of the most beautiful views of peoria and the Illinois river.
