Thanks and Giving Art Day - Great Success!
KidsRock4Kids would like to thank all those who attended our free Thanks and Giving Art Day at Washington Library yesterday.
KidsRock4Kids would like to thank all those who attended our free Thanks and Giving Art Day at Washington Library yesterday. Over 100 kids from Lincoln, Hensey and Central grade schools attended and went home with several unique and fun keepsakes. KidsRock4Kids is a community based volunteer group created by WCHS high school students in an effort to "pay it forward" and learn valuable leadership opportunities in the process. Their current projects include raising funds to help rebuild a school in war torn Northern Uganda, creating hand made greetings for the OSF Cards that Care program and beginning a letter writing campaign to our troops overseas.
