Importance of Backing up Your Computer
What would happen if someone stole your computer or there was a fire at your company or home and your computer was completely destroyed? Think about this for a minute.
Oftentimes, companies do not back up their computers and their data is completely gone! We've seen it here at Web Tech Services in our computer repair department. Data loss and computer downtime have serious implications for business. Lost data can lead to costly downtime for sales and marketing and reduced customer service while customer databases are restored or rebuilt. Lost financial data can lead to lost contracts and stock value, or worse.

Worse yet, if there is no back up or duplication of data, your entire company can disappear. How will you contact your customers or get your financial information? Please, please use an external back up drive, online back up such as Carbonite, (there is a link at www.webtechservices.com under the partners area) or even a flash drive. I, myself, use Carbonite for backing up my data. The program does this automatically and is very affordable at around $54 a year.
