Offers First 100 Customers in Line Free Breakfast Sandwiches for One Year

PEORIA, ILLINOIS – Local entrepreneur Tarek Ellaicy will celebrate the grand opening of his new Einstein Bros. ® Bagels location at 9126 N. Lindbergh Dr. in Peoria with a spectacular food giveaway on Tuesday, November 16, 2010.
Einstein Bros. will present the first 100 people in line with coupons valid for one free Breakfast Sandwich a week for one year. The restaurant will open to the public on November 16 at 8 a.m.
“I can’t think of a better way to showcase the freshness and quality of our Breakfast Sandwiches to the local community,” said Ellaicy. “I am excited to offer a restaurant that will impress new and longtime Einstein Bros. Bagels fans with fresh menu options and a vibrant dining atmosphere.”
The opening marks the first of five locations that Ellaicy Restaurant Company, Inc., will operate in the Peoria, East Peoria and Blooming-Normal, Ill., markets. Before he became a franchisee, Ellaicy was a regional manager for Perkins Restaurant & Bakery in Peoria. During his 25 years in the restaurant industry, he also worked for McDonald’s, Pizza Hut and Burger King.
To receive the coupons, the first 100 people in line must be at least 18 years old and have a valid photo ID. Those who qualify will be awarded a coupon book good for one Breakfast Sandwich per week for a year, equating to 52 sandwiches. Coupons are valid until November 16, 2011, and must be redeemed only at the 9126 N. Lindbergh Dr. restaurant. See store for details.
In addition to the giveaway, Einstein Bros. is also sending coupons to local residents, making available to them various offers for bagels sandwiches, and coffee.
The local workforce also will be able to take advantage of the free offers and the restaurant’s craveable menu items through its extensive catering options. From hot breakfast for the group and Darn Good Coffee® to Go, to lunch boxes with the brand’s signature sandwiches, nearby businesses can call Einstein Bros. for same-day delivery or a meal at a later date.
